Air Fryer Carrots

Air Fryer Carrots are seasoned with olive oil, sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and optionally garnished with rosemary. Roasting in the air fryer produces tender and slightly caramelized carrots. An optional maple tahini sauce adds a sweet and nutty layer of flavor when drizzled over the warm carrots, offering a simple yet distinctive side dish.

Description

This recipe begins with whole carrots tossed in olive oil and a blend of sea salt, black pepper, and garlic powder before air frying at 390°F. The carrots are cooked in two stages with a flip halfway through, ensuring even cooking and tender texture. The resulting carrots are softened and can have a caramelized surface depending on the air fryer model and timing.

The maple tahini sauce combines tahini and maple syrup, creating a creamy, sweet complement to the savory carrots. Garnishing with fresh rosemary adds aromatic herbal notes.

These carrots provide a nutritious side dish that can accompany various meals, and the sauce offers an extra flavor dimension. Timing and seasoning can be adjusted according to personal preference and air fryer power.
