Air Fryer Carrots Recipe + VIDEO

It's easy to make the most tender and delicious roasted carrots in the air fryer in only 20 minutes! They are the perfect quick, tasty, and healthy veggie side dish.

Ingredients

Servings
  • 1 pound carrot
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt
  • black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F.
  2. Trim the ends of the carrots and peel the carrots on all sides.
  3. Once the air fryer is hot, place the carrots in the air fryer basket. Drizzle olive oil over the top of the carrots and shake the basket to coat them completely in oil. Then sprinkle garlic powder over the carrots and give them a generous sprinkle of salt and pepper.
  4. Air fry the carrots for 10 minutes. Then stop and shake the basket vigorously. Continue to air fry for another 5 to 7 minutes until the largest carrot is fork-tender.

Notes

  • Leftovers will keep in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
