Air Fryer Chicken
Description
Air Fryer Chicken features seasoned bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs cooked through in an air fryer set to 350°F. The method involves patting the chicken dry for better skin crisping and seasoning with salt and pepper for balanced flavor. Cooking takes about 18 to 22 minutes, flipping the pieces halfway to brown both sides. The air fryer circulates hot air rapidly, helping the skin to crisp while keeping the meat juicy inside. Using a meat thermometer to confirm the internal temperature reaches 165°F ensures safe doneness without overcooking.
The simple seasoning and method make this chicken versatile to serve alongside various sides or use in other dishes. It's a practical way to prepare chicken thighs with a reliable crispy exterior without frying in oil. The technique suits cooks wanting a more hands-off approach to juicy, tender chicken with crisp skin.
