  • 2 chicken breast about 1 lb, boneless skinless
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt finely ground
  • teaspoon black pepper ground
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl combine the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, chili powder and onion powder.
  2. Coat the chicken breasts with olive oil on both sides. Then evenly season the chicken breasts with seasoning mixture.
  3. Place chicken breasts in the air fryer basket.
  4. Cook in the air fryer at 360 degrees F 9 minutes, then flip over and cook an additional 9 minutes.
  5. Remove chicken breasts from the air fryer basket when they have reached an internal temperature 165 degrees F and place on a plate. Cover loosely with aluminum foil and let rest for 5 minutes.
  6. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use a meat thermometer to ensure chicken reaches 165°F at the thickest part for safe consumption.
  • If no air fryer is available, bake seasoned chicken breasts at 350°F for 20 to 30 minutes until cooked through.
