Air Fryer Chicken Broccoli and Bacon

Ingredients

Servings
  • 1 pound chicken breast cubed, boneless, skinless
  • 2-3 lices Bacon cubed
  • ¼ cup sun-dried tomatoes drained
  • ½ pound broccoli cut into florets or frozen (heated through)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder roasted
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. In a shallow bowl, combine the chicken with olive oil, salt, pepper and spices.
  2. Prepare broccoli; cut into florets or heat according to package if using frozen broccoli.
  3. Line the air fryer basket with a parchment paper liner, if using; spread the broccoli over it and place sun dried tomatoes on top.
  4. Nestle in chicken and top each with a piece of bacon
  5. Air fry at 400 degrees for 8 minutes.
  6. Flip the chicken pieces over with bacon and air fry for 8 more minutes at 400 degrees.
  7. Give everything a good stir and fry for 2-3 minutes more until bacon is crispy.
