Air Fryer Chicken Thighs (Boneless & Skinless)
Description
This recipe calls for trimming excess fat from boneless, skinless chicken thighs, then seasoning them evenly with a blend of smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. The air fryer is preheated to 380°F and lightly greased to prevent sticking. Chicken thighs are placed smoothly without overlap for even cooking.
The chicken is cooked for 10 minutes, flipped, and cooked an additional 4 to 5 minutes until reaching an internal temperature of 165°F, ensuring fully cooked, juicy meat with slightly crisp edges. Finishing with a squeeze of lemon juice and a sprinkle of fresh parsley gives a fresh contrast to the seasoned meat.
Careful arrangement and patting seasoning into the thighs ensures good adhesion and even flavor. Serving immediately preserves texture and juiciness. This method yields quick, flavorful chicken thighs suitable for a main dish or sliced in salads or wraps.
Leftovers store well refrigerated and can be reheated gently in the microwave or air fryer to retain moisture and texture.
Ingredients
- 5 - 6 chicken thighs excess fat trimmed off, boneless and skinless

- Remove skin before or after cooking if preferred skinless chicken.
- If no cooking spray is available, brush chicken lightly with olive oil and use parchment paper in the basket.
- Thaw frozen chicken thighs by refrigerating 24 hours or using cold water baths to avoid cross-contamination.
- Store leftovers in airtight containers in the refrigerator up to 4 days; reheat in microwave or air fryer until warmed through.
