Air Fryer Chickpeas

These crunchy seasoned Air Fryer Chickpeas are a quick and easy snack! Try them on their own, on salads, in tacos, or as a soup topper.

Ingredients

Servings
  • 15 oz chickpeas (400g) (canned, drained and rinsed)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • teaspoon salt

Optional Seasonings (choose one):

  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon shawarma seasoning

Instructions

  1. Drain and rinse the chickpeas and pat them dry with paper towel.
  2. Add them to a bowl with the oil, salt and any seasonings, then mix them all together.
  3. Pour the chickpeas into the air fryer and cook at 400F/200C for 8 minutes, tossing halfway, or until golden.
  4. If you like them crispier and drier, cook for a minute or two longer.
