Instructions
- I always start my corned beef hash in air fryer with prepping the potatoes and carrots, because these need air frying first on their own. Peel and dice the potatoes and carrots into small cubes. Then add to a bowl with the olive oil and seasonings and mix well with your hands.
- Place the potatoes and carrots into the air fryer, and if using a dual air fryer, spread them between two drawers. Air fry at 180c/360f for 20 minutes or until the potatoes and carrots are fork tender.
- Next, peel and dice the onion, add to the air fryer, shake the basket and cook for another 8 minutes at the same temperature.
- When the air fryer beeps add cubed corned beef (double the size of the potato cubes), shake the basket and then create a hole for the baked beans. Pour baked beans into a ramekin, add to the basket and air fry everything together for a final 10 minutes.
Notes
- Add. If you prefer fried eggs rather than baked beans, follow our fried eggs recipe from The Complete Air Fryer Cookbook and cook these in ramekins where you had the beans.
