Make country style ribs in the air fryer! These ribs are juicy inside with a smoky BBQ flavor. Perfect for a weeknight or for before summer grilling season hits.

- 1 1/2 pounds country style ribs boneless or bone-in
- 2 teaspoons pork rub *see notes
- 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce

Instructions
- Pat the ribs dry with a paper towel.
- Sprinkle both the top and bottom with the pork rub.
- Put them in the air fryer in a single layer and cook at 400 degrees F. Cook for 17 minutes for boneless ribs and 20 minutes for bone in. Flip them over after 10 minutes of cooking time.
- Check the internal temperature with a meat thermometer. For the most tender pork, cook until they reach 185 degrees F - 195 degrees F.
- Brush the tops of the country style ribs with barbecue sauce.
- Cook at 380 degrees F for 3 minutes. This caramelizes the sauce and helps it coat the ribs.
