Air Fryer Egg Bites
Description
To make Air Fryer Egg Bites, spray a silicone mold with cooking spray and whisk eggs with heavy cream, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and salt. Half of the cheese is mixed in before dividing the egg mixture into the mold cavities along with diced red bell pepper, scallions, and crispy bacon. A gentle stir blends the ingredients evenly. The mold is placed in the air fryer at 300°F, cooking initially for 8 minutes. Remaining cheese is sprinkled on top and cooked an additional 6 minutes until the top is golden and eggs are set.
The finished bites have a creamy yet firm texture typical of egg custards, with bursts of savory flavor from the cheese, smoked paprika, and bacon. The air fryer cooks them evenly without drying out the eggs, with a slightly crisp finish on top.
After cooking, letting the egg bites rest in the mold helps them firm for removal. They can be served warm as a handheld breakfast or snack offering protein and vegetables in each bite.
Ingredients
- cooking spray for the mold, nonstick
- 5 egg room temperature, large
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

- Divide the egg mixture, the diced bell peppers, bacon, and scallions among the cavities of the mold.
- Gently stir the mixture in each cavity with a spoon to combine with the other ingredients.
- Transfer the mold to the air fryer basket, set the temperature to 300°F, and cook for 8 minutes.
