  • 7 egg
  • 1 tablespoon heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • ¼ cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 4 lices Bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • ¼ teaspoon dry mustard powder
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 340°F.
  2. Whisk eggs, cream, milk, mustard powder, salt & pepper in a medium bowl until fluffy and pale yellow in color.
  3. Divide bacon, cheese and green onions over the cups of the molds (or small bowls).
  4. Place in the air fryer basket and pour egg mixture overtop.
  5. Cook in the air fryer for 11-13 minutes stirring after 7-8 minutes. Cook just until eggs are set (they will continue cooking a little bit once removed. Rest 5 minutes before serving.
