Air Fryer French Toast

This recipe for Air Fryer French Toast Sticks couldn't be easier to make and comes together in less than 15 minutes. Delicious for breakfast or brunch served with maple syrup and berries.

Ingredients

  • 8 thick brioche bread slices
  • 6 egg
  • cup cream
  • salt pinch
  • 2 tsp honey

Instructions

  1. Line the basket of your air fryer with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, cream, honey and a pinch of salt.
  3. Using a sharp bread knife, slice the bread into thick fingers or slices.
  4. Place a few pieces of bread into the custard at a time and allow to soak for a few seconds.
  5. Remove the bread from the custard and place into the lined air fryer basket.
  6. Spray with oil then air fry for 4-5 minutes at 205°C/400°F, flipping over halfway through cooking, until golden brown and crisp on both sides.
  7. Remove then dust with powdered sugar, drizzle with maple syrup and serve.
