Ingredients

Servings
  • crab cakes frozen

Instructions

  1. Put the frozen crab cakes in the air fryer basket, keeping them in a single layer.
  2. Air fry at 380 degrees F for 8-10 minutes.
  3. The crab cakes are done when they reach 160 degrees F internal temperature.

Notes

  • Don't overcrowd the crab cakes in the air fryer basket.
  • Depending on the size of your crab cakes and the power of your air fryer, you might need to adjust the cooking time slightly. Keep an eye on them during the last couple of minutes to ensure they don't overcook.
  • To be sure the crab cakes are cooked through, use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature. It should reach 165 degrees F to ensure they're safe to eat.
  • You can take the crab cakes straight from the freezer and put them into the air fryer.
  • You can still use the air fryer method if you have fresh crab cakes. Reduce the cooking time to 6-8 minutes, as they cook faster than frozen ones.
