  • 4 filets white fish halibut, mahi mahi, cod, or similar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • Cooking oil spray

Instructions

  1. Heat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and let it preheat for at least 5 minutes.
  2. Pat 4 filets white fish dry with paper towels. Brush each fillet evenly with 1 tablespoon olive oil.
  3. In a small mixing bowl, combine 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley.
  4. Press each filet into the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring an even coating on all sides.
  5. Arrange the coated filets in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them for air circulation. Spray the tops lightly with cooking oil spray.
  6. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes, flipping the filets halfway through, until the fish is golden brown and flakes easily with a fork.
