- 4 filets white fish halibut, mahi mahi, cod, or similar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- Cooking oil spray
Instructions
- Heat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and let it preheat for at least 5 minutes.
- Pat 4 filets white fish dry with paper towels. Brush each fillet evenly with 1 tablespoon olive oil.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley.
- Press each filet into the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring an even coating on all sides.
- Arrange the coated filets in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them for air circulation. Spray the tops lightly with cooking oil spray.
- Cook for 10 to 12 minutes, flipping the filets halfway through, until the fish is golden brown and flakes easily with a fork.
