- 1 cup all-purpose flour divided
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup Italian Style Bread Crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1-1 1/2 pounds chicken tenders

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for at least 5 minutes.
- In one shallow dish, add 1/2 cup all-purpose flour.
- In a second dish, whisk together the 1 large egg and 2 tablespoons milk.
- In a third dish, combine 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs, 1/2 cup Italian style bread crumbs, remaining 1/2 cup flour, 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley.
- Pat the 1-1 1/2 pounds chicken tenders dry with a paper towel.
- Working one at a time, dredge each chicken tender in the plain flour, shaking off any excess. Dip into the egg mixture, then coat in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to adhere.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking oil. Arrange 3-4 chicken tenders in the basket, ensuring they do not overlap. Spritz the tops of the tenders with cooking oil spray to coat the dry flour coating.
- Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 5-6 minutes. Flip the chicken tenders over and cook for an additional 5-6 minutes, until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Repeat with remaining chicken tenders.
- Serve hot with a dipping sauce such as alfredo, marinara, or pesto sauce.
