Air Fryer Greek Salmon
Description
The Air Fryer Greek Salmon recipe highlights salmon fillets seasoned with a marinade of lemon juice, garlic, oregano, dill, and crushed red pepper, which infuses the fish with a bright, herbal flavor. Cooking the salmon in the air fryer at 400°F allows the fillets to become tender and flaky with minimal added oil. The accompanying Greek salad contains ripe tomatoes, peeled cucumber, red onion, kalamata olives, and optional feta cheese, all combined in a dressing of olive oil, red wine vinegar, and oregano. The salad adds a crisp, acidic contrast to the rich fish.
The lemon and herbs in the marinade provide fresh notes that complement the natural richness of the salmon. The salad's olives and feta contribute briny flavors and creamy texture, enhancing the dish. This meal can be served as a complete, balanced dinner with protein and vegetables.
According to the notes, the air fried salmon can be stored in an airtight container for up to three days, maintaining its quality and flavor for easy leftovers.
