Air Fryer Hasselback Potatoes
Report
These Air Fryer Hasselback Potatoes only require a couple of ingredients and a few simple steps to make. Thinly sliced and then air fried to crispy perfection, it’s so easy to make hasselback potatoes in an air fryer.

Ingredients
- 4 to 5 Russet potatoes
- ½ cup melted butter
- ½ tsp salt and pepper each
- 1 tbsp minced garlic or 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Rinse and scrub the potatoes. Pat them dry.
- Slice the potato into ¼ inch slices without slide the knife all the way down. You can place the potatoes between two chopsticks or skewers to help with that.
- Combine the melted butter, salt, pepper, and garlic.
- Brush the potatoes with the butter mixture. If using freshly minced garlic, try to get the garlic between the cuts to protect them from burning.
- Transfer as many potatoes as you can fit in a single layer in your air fryer basket.
- Air fryer at 400F for 25 to 35 minutes, depending on the size of your potatoes. Brush on more butter at the half way more. I try to add the garlic that’s sunk to the bottom of the butter mixture to the tops of the potatoes near the end of the air frying cycle so it doesn’t burn.
