Ingredients
- 4 medium russet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- fresh parsley chopped for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
- Clean the potatoes and pat them dry. Make thin slices along each potato, stopping just before you cut through, so the slices stay connected at the bottom.
- Brush the potatoes with olive oil, ensuring oil gets between the slices. Season with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place the potatoes in the air-fryer basket. Keep them apart to ensure even cooking. Cook for 30-40 minutes, or until the potatoes are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.
