Ingredients
Lamb
- 4 pounds lamb chops American lamb, trimmed to your taste.
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon chilli powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1 tablespoon oil
Potatoes
- 2 pound bag baby potatoes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon chilli powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 2 tablespoons oil
Poblano Sauce:
- 3 poblano peppers charred
- 1 Jalapeno pepper charred
- 2 1/2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 avocado
- 2/3 cup cilantro
- 3 tablespoons yogurt or sour cream
- 1 tablespoon honey

Notes
- Make sure you buy American lamb for utmost freshness and flavor.
- Season the lamb with a dry spice mixture and oil only. Avoid bits of food like garlic, onions or herbs that can burn in the air fryer.
- When cooking the lamb chops, depending on the size of your air fryer you can probably fit anywhere between 6-10 pieces.
- Make sure that the chops are in a single layer and fit as many as you can.
- Always preheat your air fryer for two minutes before air frying anything.
