Air Fryer Lamb Steaks
Report
Delicious and juicy, perfectly cooked air fryer lamb steaks. These minted lamb leg steaks are full of flavour and so easy to cook at home in your air fryer.

Ingredients
- 4 lamb steaks
- 1 Tsp Frozen Chopped Garlic
- 2 Tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tsp lemon juice
- 2 Tsp honey
- 1 Tsp thyme
- salt & pepper
- fresh mint

Instructions
- Place your lamb steaks on a chopping board and season with salt and pepper and dried thyme.
- Thinly chop two tablespoons of fresh mint and load into a bowl with everything but the lamb. Mix well and then spoon over your lamb steaks. Place the steaks into the fridge for an hour and allow to marinate.
- Load the steaks into the air fryer basket and add extra fresh mint.
- Air fry for 10 minutes at 180c/360f.
Notes
- Quantity. Note that our air fryer perfectly fits 4 medium sized lamb steaks in it. You might need to adjust if you have a bigger/smaller air fryer.
