Rosemary and garlic lamb chops get even better thanks to the air fryer. You will love our perfectly cooked air fryer lamb chops. So simple to prep, flavoursome, tender with the perfect crisp.

Ingredients
- 3 Large Medium Sliced Lamb Chops
- 6 garlic cloves
- 1 Tsp thyme
- 1 Tsp rosemary
- salt & pepper
- fresh Rosemary

Instructions
- Place your lamb chops into the air fryer basket. Season with half the dried rosemary and thyme, along with salt and pepper. Peel and place garlic cloves in the gaps and find some extra gaps for your fresh rosemary.
- Cook your lamb chops in the air fryer for 5 minutes at 180c/360f.
- Turn and then add the last of the dried seasoning as well as extra salt and pepper. Then air fry for a further 5 minutes at the same temperature before serving.
Notes
- Quantity. I recommend cooking up to 3 large lamb chops at a time. You want space for your fresh garlic and rosemary and don’t want to overcrowd the air fryer.
