  • 16 ounces baby bella mushroom cleaned
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt sea salt

Instructions

  1. Begin by cleaning your baby bella mushrooms with a damp cloth or soft brush. They need to be completely dry.
  2. If the mushrooms are particularly large, cut them into halves or quarters for even cooking.
  3. In a mixing bowl, toss the mushrooms with the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, soy sauce, and sea salt.
  4. Arrange the mushrooms in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Set the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit, and cook the mushrooms for 10 to 15 minutes. Give the basket a good shake halfway through.
  6. Remove once the mushrooms are tender on the inside and crisp on the edges.
