Air Fryer Omelette

Everyday air fryer omelette. Perfect for breakfast in the air fryer and easy to mix and match with your favourite omelette fillings.

Ingredients

Servings
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 Tsp semi-skimmed milk
  • 57 g grated cheddar cheese
  • 10 cherry tomatoes chopped in half
  • 1 Tbsp Dried Herbs/Italian Seasoning
  • salt & pepper

Optional

  • ½ yellow pepper cubed
  • Handful Red Onion diced

Instructions

  1. Crack the eggs, seasoning and milk into a mixing jug and mix with a fork until well beaten. Or you can add them all in gradually – whichever suits you best.
  2. Add in the remaining ingredients and you can mix and match – onion, tomatoes, cheese, mushrooms, pepper, and spinach all work well. Line the air fryer with a paper liner and then pour over your omelette mixture.
  3. Air fry your omelette for 15 minutes at 180c/360f.
  4. Remove from the air fryer using the paper liner sides as your handles. Then we like to flip it over and then you can see the lovely cheese that has dropped to the bottom, and it has a lovely colour to it.
  5. You can also slice your omelette in half to make two large squares that are similar in look to a quesadilla before serving.

Notes

  • Half. The servings depend on appetite. This omelette will easily feed two if you slice it in half after cooking. Or you can half the ingredients and make a 1 egg omelette if you prefer a smaller portion.
