  • 350 g chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoon plain flour
  • 1 egg whisked
  • 50 g panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika
  • Cooking spray oil

Instructions

  1. Cut 350 g Chicken breast into small, bite-sized pieces (about the size of a dice).
  2. Combine 2 tablespoon Plain flour and 1 pinch Sea salt and ground black pepper on one plate.
  3. Combine 50 g Panko breadcrumbs, 1 teaspoon Garlic powder, 1 teaspoon Onion powder and 0.5 teaspoon Paprika on another plate. Whisk 1 Egg in a bowl.
  4. Coat the chicken in the flour, then dip into the whisked egg, then coat in the breadcrumb mix.
  5. Repeat until all the chicken pieces are breaded.
  6. Put into the air fryer basket in a single layer and spray with a little olive oil.
  7. Cook at 200°C/400°F for 5 minutes, shaking halfway through cooking. You may have to cook in batches, depending on the size of your air fryer.
