  2. Pat the wings dry with paper towels and put them in a zippered bag or a large bowl.
  3. Add the ranch seasoning mix and baking powder and toss the wings to mix.
  4. Put the chicken wings in an air fryer basket, making sure not to overcrowd them. Keep them in a single layer.
  5. Air fry at 360 degrees F for 18 minutes, flipping them over after 10 minutes.
  6. After the 18 minutes is up increase the air fryer heat to 400 degrees F and air fry for 6 more minutes.
  7. Use an instant read thermometer to verify the wings are cooked to 165 degrees F.
