Remoulade:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 2 teaspoons milk
  • ¼ teaspoon horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon dried parsley flakes
  • ¼ teaspoon white vinegar
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350 degrees F.
  2. Remoulade Sauce: Mix all ingredients in a bowl then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Prep Salmon: Remove skin from salmon, if necessary, and cut into uniform 1-inch cubes. Add to a bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika, gently tossing to coat.
