  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Garlic Herb Butter

  • ¼ cup butter softened
  • 1 garlic minced, 1 clove
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary fresh
  • 1 teaspoon thyme fresh
  • 1 teaspoon parsley fresh

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Prepare the 1-2 1-inch thick Ribeye, New York, or Tri Tip Steaks by rubbing them with 1 tablespoon olive oil on each side.
  2. Rub the 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper on each side of the steaks.
  3. Add the steaks to the air fryer basket and cook for 12 minutes, turning over after 6 minutes for medium. Let the steak rest for 10 minutes.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the ¼ cup softened butter, 1 minced garlic clove, 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, and 1 teaspoon fresh parsley. serve the steaks smothered in the garlic butter.
