  • 1 1/2 pound sirloin steak cut up into about 1-inch cubes, top
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper fresh ground
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes for garnish, optional
  • parsley for garnish, chopped, fresh

Instructions

  1. Place cubed steak into a large mixing bowl. Season with salt, garlic, paprika, and pepper.
  2. Next, add the olive oil and Worcestershire sauce, and toss to combine. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F.
  4. Arrange the steak cubes in an even single layer inside the air fryer basket. DO NOT overcrowd. If needed, cook in batches.
  5. Cook for 4 minutes, shake and cook for 4 more minutes until the steak’s internal temperature reaches 130 F for medium-rare or 145 F for medium. Use an Instant Read Meat Thermometer to check for doneness.
  6. Cook 3-4 minutes longer for a well-done steak.
  7. Transfer the steak to a serving plate. Garnish with red pepper flakes and parsley. Serve.
