Air Fryer Steak Recipe
Description
The recipe begins by mixing softened butter with fresh parsley, minced garlic, and Worcestershire sauce, then chilling it into a roll. Steaks are rubbed with olive oil, seasoned with salt and pepper, and left at room temperature to even out temperature for cooking. Preheated air fryer at 400°F cooks the steaks for 12 minutes, flipping halfway, producing a cooked exterior while retaining juiciness inside. After cooking, steaks rest for 5 minutes to allow juices to redistribute.
Serving with a slice of the garlic butter adds richness and a fresh herb and garlic flavor that complements the meat. The method aims for straightforward cooking without pan-frying or grilling.
Thickness of steaks affects cook time, so thicker cuts require longer air frying. Steaks should be arranged evenly to allow air circulation. Letting steaks rest and come to room temperature before cooking helps achieve even doneness and juicy texture.
