Ingredients
- 3-4 medium sweet potato
- 1 TBS extra virgin olive oil
- salt
Notes
- Use the same directions in terms of prepping the sweet potatoes.
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Add oil and salt to the potatoes, then rub all over. Place them on a baking sheet and place into the preheated oven.
- Cook for 40 minutes and check if they are fork tender. Depending on the size, you may need to bake 10-15 more minutes.
