Juicy, flavourful, and absolutely delicious air fryer tomatoes!

Ingredients
- 1 pint grape tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt or to taste
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes optional, but recommended
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to an oven-safe dish that will fit inside your air frying basket. Mix well to evenly coat the tomatoes, and place the dish inside your basket.
- Air fry at 375℉/190℃ for 8-10 minutes, or until the tomato skins appear wrinkled, mixing once at the halfway point, then remove the dish from the fryer.
- Enjoy on toast, as a side dish, or as a topping for burgers.

- Experiment with different tomato varieties. You may also use tomato slices for large format ones like beefsteak.
- Different models will cook at different speeds, so make sure to watch your tomatoes carefully and start checking on them around the 5-minute mark.
