Ingredients
- 16 oz pickle chips drained
- 1 cup crushed pork rinds or panko bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- ½ tsp smoked paprika optional
- salt and pepper optional, to taste
- ranch and hot sauce optional, for serving

Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees F.
- Place the crushed pork rinds or panko bread crumbs in a shallow dish; season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika if using. Mix together 1 egg with 1 tsp water in another bowl.
- Coat the pickles first in the pork rinds, then the egg wash, and finally back into the pork rinds; shake off any excess and transfer to a plate.
- Arrange the pickles in a single layer in the air fryer basket; spray with avocado oil for extra crispiness.
- Air fry for 8 minutes, then flip and cook an additional 5-6 minutes. Let cool and serve with ranch and hot sauce, if desired.
