Air Fryer Turkey Meatballs

Air Fryer Turkey Meatballs combine ground turkey with breadcrumbs, herbs, garlic, and spices to form seasoned, bite-sized meatballs. Cooking them in the air fryer crisps the outside while keeping the inside juicy. The result is a flavorful and tender meatball perfect for serving with marinara sauce or as an easy protein addition to meals.

Description

This recipe mixes ground turkey with a blend of dried oregano, basil, smoked paprika, red pepper flakes, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and breadcrumbs, bound by a beaten egg and fresh parsley. The mixture is shaped into roughly 15-18 small meatballs sized for even cooking.

They are cooked at 400 degrees Fahrenheit in the air fryer for 8 minutes total, flipping halfway through to brown all sides. The air fryer crisps the surface while keeping the inside moist, and ensures they reach the safe internal temperature of 165°F. Serving with marinara sauce is suggested to complement the savory herbs and spices.
