- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the brown sugar and eggs until smooth and creamy. Add the sour cream, melted butter, and vanilla extract, and mix until combined.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
- Gently fold in the chopped pecans.
