- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup horseradish prepared
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice fresh
- 1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper freshly ground
- 2 teaspoons yellow mustard prepared
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Whisk all the ingredients together in a large bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before using.
- To use while cooking meat, baste in the last 5-7 minutes of cooking.
