Alfredo Broccoli & Bacon

Alfredo Broccoli & Bacon combines steamed broccoli florets with a creamy alfredo sauce made from heavy cream, Parmesan, and garlic parsley salt. Crisp bacon pieces add savory texture to this rich side or light main dish. The broccoli is briefly cooked in sauce, making it tender while coated in a smooth, cheesy mixture accented by crispy bacon.

Description

This dish begins by bringing heavy cream, grated Parmesan, and garlic parsley salt to a gentle simmer in a deep skillet. Constant stirring helps the sauce blend smoothly without separating, creating a rich and creamy base.

Fresh broccoli florets are added to the sauce and cooked briefly, around three minutes, so they soften while absorbing the flavors of the alfredo. The final touch is the addition of small, crispy bacon pieces which contribute a smoky, salty crunch that contrasts with the creamy sauce and tender broccoli.

The dish is best served warm as a side accompanying meats or pasta, or as a light vegetarian main when bacon is omitted. It balances creamy, cheesy flavors with fresh vegetable bite and bacon’s savoriness without complicated preparation.
