Almond poppy seed bread is a quick bread recipe that you’re going to love! With moist and soft crumb packed with flavorful poppy seeds, yum!

Ingredients
- 2 ½ cups flour all purpose
- 2 ½ teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup buttermilk
- ½ cup oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350ºF.
- Whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
- Create a well in the dry ingredients.
- Add the remaining ingredients to the flour.
- Whisk toegether until just combined.
- Pour into a greased loaf pan (see note).
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
Notes
- I use a standard size loaf pan, about 9×4 inches. If you want to use smaller loaf pans, you'll need to use two of them.
