Crunchy, crispy, and slightly sweet; it must be these two-ingredient apple chips!

Ingredients
- 3 large apples such as Honeycrisp, Fuji, or Gala
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Wash and thinly slice the apples to about 1/8-inch thickness using a mandoline or sharp knife. Remove the seeds from each slice.
- Arrange apple slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheets. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour. Flip the apple slices and continue baking for another hour.
- Turn off the oven and let the apple chips remain inside as the oven cools for 30 minutes to crisp up further. Remove from the oven and enjoy.
