Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour 282 grams
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3/4 cup light brown sugar 150g
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 egg large
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup applesauce unsweetened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract pure
- 1 cup apple peeled, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray an 8 X 4-inch loaf pan with baking spray or line with parchment paper. Set aside.
- Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, ginger, and cinnamon in a large bowl.
- Whisk together brown sugar, oil, eggs, milk, applesauce, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl.
