Use this delicious apricot glaze on your roast ham, ham steaks or chicken of choice! Easy and delicious!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup apricot jam
- 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 Tablespoon prepared mustard
- 1 Tablespoon water
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- pinch of cloves
Instructions
- Whisk together the ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a low simmer. Cook for 3-4 minutes, then remove and cool.
- Taste test and adjust as desired for taste. You might want more mustard or more lemon juice, it's up to you!
- Use as a glaze for ham and chicken.
