Artichoke Dip
Description
This Artichoke Dip mixes mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese as the creamy base, combined with minced garlic, chopped canned artichoke hearts, and roasted red peppers for added texture and flavor. Lemon juice brightens the dip, while basil and oregano offer herbal notes. Kosher salt and black pepper season the mixture.
The dip is spread into a baking dish and baked at high heat until the surface turns golden and the cheese melts into a bubbly finish. Once out of the oven, extra Parmesan and fresh chives are sprinkled on top for garnish. The result is a warm, rich dip with a dense, cheesy texture and savory depth amplified by garlic and roasted peppers.
It's typically served immediately to maintain the melty consistency alongside bread or crackers for dipping. This dip offers a satisfying appetizer for gatherings or casual snacking.
