  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • 2 cups Parmesan Cheese plus extra for topping
  • 4 garlic minced, cloves
  • 2 artichoke hearts drained and chopped, canned in water
  • cup roasted red pepper chopped
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • ½ teaspoon basil
  • ½ teaspoon oregano
  • salt kosher salt
  • black pepper kosher salt
  • chives for topping, fresh
  • pita slices for dipping
  • crackers
  • baguette

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Stir all the ingredients together in a large bowl. Spread in a baking dish or a pie plate (or in a few ramekins!).
  3. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until golden and bubbly and melty. Remove and sprinkle with parmesan and chives. Serve immediately with pita, baguette slices or crackers.
