- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 20 ounces pineapple chunks , drained
- 1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

Instructions
- Add vegetable oil to a large skillet on high heat.
- Toss pineapple chunks with soy sauce, sesame oil, and ground ginger.
- Add pineapple chunks and brown on each side for 4-5 minutes (they will release liquid at first).
