Asparagus with Garlic and Lime

Ingredients
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp butter
- 1 asparagus wooden ends removed, bunch
- lime to taste, juice from 1/2 to 1 lime
- 2 garlic minced, small cloves
- salt to taste, sea salt and freshly cracked
- black pepper to taste, sea salt and freshly cracked
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil and butter together in a large skillet. Add the asparagus then cover with a lid and cook for 2-3 minutes, depending on how thick the asparagus is (longer if they are thick).
- Remove the lid, add the lime juice, and minced garlic, and season with sea salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste.
- Cook, stirring constantly, for 1 minute. Serve with additional lime. Enjoy.
