  • ½ cup pecans maple flavor
  • 2 ounces goat cheese crumbled (See Note 2, soft, chevre
  • 2 green onions thinly sliced
  • 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar used as dressing

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the salad greens, maple pecans, cucumber slices, chopped apple, goat cheese and green onions.
  2. Toss with the dressing. Taste and add more dressing, if desired.

Notes

  • Choose sweeter apple varieties such as Gala, Jazz, or Honeycrisp to complement the salad's flavors.
