  • 2 pear peeled and diced, small ripe
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup gorgonzola cheese 2 oz, crumbled
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 8 oz mixed baby greens (baby spinach, arugula, radicchio, etc.)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 oz pecans about 20 halves
  • black pepper fresh ground
  • 3 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix vinegar, mustard, honey, salt and pepper. Whisk in olive oil and blend.
  2. In a salad bowl combine baby greens, pears, gorgonzola cheese and pecans.
  3. When you are ready to serve, add the vinaigrette and toss well. Serve immediately.
