Description
This salsa combines peeled, diced ripe mango and avocado with diced plum tomato, minced garlic, seeded and diced jalapeño, and chopped red onion. Fresh cilantro and lime juice add herbal brightness and acidity. Olive oil contributes a subtle richness to the mix.

Ingredients
- 1 Mango peeled and diced, ripe
- 5 ounces avocado from 1 medium haas, diced
- 1 plum tomato (diced)
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 jalapeño (seeded and diced)
- 1/4 cup cilantro chopped, fresh
- 2 tbsp lime juice fresh
- 1/4 cup onion red, chopped
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- kosher salt fresh, to taste
- black pepper fresh, to taste
