Avocado Cilantro Cream - Easy to make tangy dipping sauce for tacos and other Mexican goodies. Avocado, Cilantro, Lime and Sour Cream are blended together.

Ingredients
- 2 avocado ripe
- lime juice juice of 2 limes
- 1/2 Cup sour cream
- 1/4 Cup cilantro stemmed
- 1/2 Teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 jalapeño minced (optional)
- salt
- black pepper
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a food processor or high-speed blender
- Pulse until the sauce becomes creamy. Check for seasoning and correct if needed
- Serve and enjoy!
