- 1 large avocado flesh
- 1 cup crema
- 1/2 cup cilantro fresh chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 lime juice
Instructions
- In a food processor or blender add avocado (about 1/2 cup), crema, cilantro, lime, and salt. Blend until smooth. Taste and add more salt if needed. Enjoy right away.
