This creamy Avocado Crema is a soothing, tangy sauce made from avocado, sour cream, garlic and freshly squeezed lime juice. Perfect for pairing with tacos, burritos and more! Easy to make and only takes 5 minutes.

- 1 medium size avocado
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 garlic clove
- ¼ teaspoon lime juice freshly squeezed
- ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions
- Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and then remove the avocado from the peel.
- Add all ingredients to a food processor.
- Blend until sauce is smooth and creamy.
