This avocado crema is the perfect topping for your favorite Mexican foods like tacos, nachos and burritos. Made with a handful of fresh ingredients, it takes 5 minutes to make and is a great way to add creamy flavor to so many dishes.

- 1 avocado peeled and seed removed
- 2 Tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro
- salt and pepper
- 2 Tablespoon sour cream
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a small food processor.
- Serve with tacos, nachos, or anything else you like to top with avocado cream sauce.
Notes
- The quickest way to make this avocado crema is in a food processor, but if you don't have one you can chop and mash everything by hand and mix to combine. It will take a little longer, but it will still be good.
- Make sure you avocado is ripe before you use it. If it is not ripe it won't combine as easily.
